When you use our Services, you are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as required. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account details and are fully responsible for all activities under your account.

3. Payment Terms

• Fees: All fees for our Services will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal. Payment terms and amounts are specified in the agreement.
• Invoices: Payments are due based on the terms in the agreement, typically on a monthly basis unless otherwise specified.
• Late Payments: Any late payments may result in suspension or termination of Services until payment is made in full.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide us with all necessary information, access, and resources needed to perform our Services. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of all materials and content provided for marketing purposes.

5. Ownership of Work

• Intellectual Property: All intellectual property created during the provision of our Services, including but not limited to campaigns, designs, ads, and strategies, remains the property of Fusion Tech Enterprises Limited until payment is received in full.
• Client Materials: Any content or materials you provide us, such as logos, trademarks, and other proprietary information, remain your property. You grant us a license to use such materials solely for the purpose of providing our Services.

6. Confidentiality

We will keep any proprietary or confidential information you share with us private and will not disclose it to third parties, except where required by law or with your consent.

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material terms of this agreement. If you terminate the agreement before the end of the agreed service period, you will remain liable for the payments due for the remainder of that period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fusion Tech Enterprises Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services in the last 30 days prior to the event causing the claim.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update or change these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our Services after such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through mediation or binding arbitration, conducted in Hong Kong.
