We provide full-service marketing and consulting solutions including, but not limited to, Meta and Google Ads management, campaign optimization, funnel building, conversion rate optimization, and strategic digital marketing consulting ("Services").

By engaging our Services, you enter into a contract with us. The specifics of the Services, including pricing and scope, will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal. These Terms are part of that agreement, and by using our Services, you agree to abide by them.

3. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to provide our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our services.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, if applicable.
• Ensure that all content you provide is legal, accurate, and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

4. Payment Terms

• Fees: You agree to pay for our Services as outlined in the proposal or contract.
• Invoices: We will invoice you on a monthly basis or as agreed upon. Payments are due on the dates specified in the agreement.
• Late Fees: If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services until the outstanding amount is settled.

5. Ownership of Work

• Our Work: Any content, designs, strategies, or intellectual property created by us as part of the Services remains the property of Fusion Tech Enterprises Limited until payment has been made in full.
• Client Content: Any content or materials provided by you (e.g., logos, images, business data) remains your property. You grant us a license to use this content solely for the purposes of providing the agreed Services.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Any proprietary or confidential information you share with us will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or with your consent.

7. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate the Services with written notice if the other party breaches any material terms of the agreement. If you terminate the agreement before the end of the agreed term, you will still be responsible for any payments due for the remaining term.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fusion Tech Enterprises Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services. Our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the 30 days preceding the incident that gave rise to the claim.

9. Modifications to Services

We may modify or discontinue our Services at any time, at our discretion. If we make any significant changes to the Services, we will notify you in advance, and you will have the option to continue or discontinue the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any legal action arising out of these Terms will be handled in the courts of Hong Kong.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve the issue amicably, we agree to resolve disputes through mediation or binding arbitration in Hong Kong.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of our Services after changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
